We work together as a team to make sure that you are fully supported throughout the planning process no matter what service best suits your wedding needs. OUR WEDDING PROCESS
How we get started.
Intro to your wedding
Fill out our contact form or send us an email and we will connect about your wedding details. We will answer any questions about our packages or customize a package to fit your wedding needs.
Choose your package
After you have chosen your package and you become a couple of ours - you are now part of our wedding family. You will receive access to our custom client portal, vendor list, checklist & more.
Start to Wedding plan
Although we collaborate as a team behind the scenes and on wedding day, you will have one coordinator throughout the planning. Your coordinator will support & guide your wedding journey.
Day of Coordination

Begins at 8-10 weeks (also referred to as month-of coordination). We coordinate your wedding day with your venue and vendors, including ceremony rehearsal, wedding day logistics, timeline, layouts, decoration setup and cleanup, etc.
Little Coordination

Begins at 4 weeks, specifically for a small wedding (under 75), dinner reception, or elopement. This service is approximately 5 hours onsite and manages basic vendor communications, timeline, and simple logistics of the day.
Wedding Styling

Conceptualize your vision with a creative wedding design during a comprehensive design meeting that meets your wedding budget. We then curate a wedding design board, secure vendors and all wedding rental orders on your behalf.
Decoration Setup

This wedding decorations package is already included in our Day of Coordination package, however if you have your day of planning is handled by your venue or other wedding team that won’t setup decorations, our team can setup your wedding decorations including: table settings, DIY centerpieces, or rehearsal dinner decor for you.

Wedding Party Concierge

Getting ready to should seamless. We ensure lunch is delivered or picked up then packed away, hang the dress or suit, keep the getting ready room tidy, keep hair & makeup + photography on time, help with dressing of couple + wedding party, personal assistant when it’s photo time, pack up personal belongings. Our concierge supports your coordinator’s assistants in a more robust way.
